Shipping Coverage
Bietelhe ships to most locations within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to the following states: Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).
Orders with shipping addresses in these states will not be processed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Origin & Third-Party Fulfillment
Bietelhe has a partner warehouse located in California, USA, and ships orders through a third-party fulfillment center (3PL).
Estimated shipping time is 3–4 business days, with a total estimated delivery window of 4–6 business days, including order processing time.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders (AK + HI are excluded).
Taxes & Duties
All product prices displayed on Bietelhe include applicable taxes.
Tax and customs regulations may vary by region. Bietelhe complies with all local laws and regulations. If any duties or import fees apply, our customer service team will contact you to explain the situation and assist in resolving it promptly.
Delays, Holidays & Peak Seasons (Special Cases)
Although rare, delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, delivery may take longer than usual. In special cases, Bietelhe will notify customers and provide assistance as needed.
